The highest mountain in Guangdong is situated at Chengjia town, Qingyuan city. The main peak, called Shikengkong, at an altitude of 1,902 meters, is higher than Mount Tai in Shandong province, Mount Songshan in Henan and Mount Hengshan in Hunan.
Regarded as the "Roof of Guangdong", Shikengkong is a national 4A-level scenic spot occupying an area of 138.8 square kilometers.
The lush forest, stunning mountains and valley, unusual land formations, precious plants and waterfalls, make the peak look picture-perfect.
