This restaurant is the largest boat-based restaurant on the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal and has an interior that was inspired by Ming and Qing styles with carved beams and pillars painted in gold and other colors. It also has memorial archways, columns, and corridors with plaques, couplets and Chinese paintings.

The furniture is made from precious woods and one piece on the first floor resembles an emperor's throne.

Guests can get a taste of some delicious dishes and enjoy the relaxation that only the privileged could enjoy in the past, just by sitting on this elegant boat, enjoying the beautiful scenery, and listening to the folk music.

The restaurant has 19 rooms and two halls, and provides services for private functioins and wedding banquets.
