Zhoushan to integrate culture, tourism

Authorities in Zhoushan, East China's Zhejiang province released an action plan aimed at enhancing the integration of the culture and tourism sectors on May 4.

Zhujiajian Daqingshan National Park is the major scenic spot of Zhujiajian, a national five-level scenic spot of Putuo district, Zhoushan. The park covers an area of 10 square kilometers, with a coastline of more than 30 km and a seaside tourist avenue of 18 km.

Gouqi Island

Known as "Little Greece of the East,” Gouqi Island is located in the northeastern part of the Zhoushan Islands, Zhejiang Province, and the eastern part of Jixian county, close to downtown Zhoushan and Shanghai.

Dongji Islands

​Some old streets in Dinghai district have a history of more than 1,200 years. The stunning, well-preserved architecture consists of many wonderful buildings made of flagstones, stones and wood, featuring characteristics of the Zhoushan islands.
